Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting, takedowns, throws and submission holds. Training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will teach you to focus on technique and leverage to overcome strength and speed. Some of the many benefits of participating in Jiu-Jitsu include reducing your stress, getting in better shape, improving your flexibility, training your mind and body, picking up new skills and building your confidence
Boxing
Our boxing classes will get you in shape, relieve stress, improve focus & coordination, build lean muscle and burn fat while focusing on fundamental boxing techniques through pad work, bag work, footwork, partner drills, as well as core strength exercises. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome.
Kickboxing FIT
A fun, energetic and intense workout that combines basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Boxing exercises with circuit training, cardio, strength & conditioning drills in a team setting to help you burn fat, build lean muscles and learn to throw a mean hook !
Ladies Only Kickboxing
Our Ladies Only Kickboxing program will introduce you to the fundamental techniques of Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai in a fun group LADIES ONLY setting! Your fitness, cardio and full body conditioning will improve while learning skills that boost confidence and self awareness!
Mixed Martial Arts
The Mixed Martial Arts program is offered by invite only for students with atleast 6 months minimum experience in both BJJ + Muay Thai, Kickboxing or Boxing classes. This program combines the elements of stand up and ground work.
